Precautions for use
Rolling bearings are precision parts, so they require a corresponding cautious attitude when used. Even if high-performance bearings are used, if they are used improperly, they cannot achieve the expected performance effect. Therefore, the following matters should be noted when using bearings:
▲, Keep the bearings and their surroundings clean. Even if invisible dust enters the bearings, it will increase the wear, vibration and noise of the bearings.
▲, Be careful when using and installing. Strong stamping is not allowed, hammering the bearings directly is not allowed, and pressure is not allowed to be transmitted through rolling elements.
▲, Use appropriate and accurate installation tools, try to use special tools, and try to avoid using things such as cloth and short fibers.
▲, Prevent the rust of the bearings. When taking the bearings directly by hand, wash off the sweat on your hands and apply high-quality mineral oil before operation. Pay special attention to rust prevention in rainy season and summer.

The inner and outer diameters of rolling bearings are manufactured according to standard tolerances. The tightness of the fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft, and between the outer ring and the seat hole can only be achieved by controlling the tolerance of the journal and the seat hole. The fit between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft adopts the basic hole system, and the fit between the outer ring of the bearing and the seat hole adopts the machine shaft system.
To correctly choose the fit, you must know the actual load conditions, operating temperature and other requirements of the bearing, which is actually very difficult. Therefore, in good cases, the fit is selected based on the use of precision grinding.

The amount of over-win between the ring and the shaft or housing depends on the size of the load. A larger over-win is used for heavier loads, and a smaller over-win is used for lighter loads.
